Some 110 classic and vintage boats will be expected in Monaco from 13th to 16th September 2023 for the 16th Monaco Classic Week-La Belle Classe, the biennial event organised since 1994 by the Yacht Club de Monaco.
The harbour will host a dozen vintage motoryachts, 50 vintage powerboats, including around 30 Rivas and 3 motorboats from the early 20th century, 50 vintage sailing boats and a fleet of around 20 Dinghys 12′.
Access to the docks and the exhibitors’ Village (painters, photographers, artisans, official YCM Boutique) will be free for all from Wednesday 13 September at 10.00 am.
Two major prizes will be awarded during the event: the La Belle Restoration Prize, which rewards the quality of restoration, and the Concours d’Elegance, which evaluates boats according to their etiquette, style and respect for a certain lifestyle and conduct at sea. The grand finale concluding Monaco Classic Week will be a grand parade in which the participants will gather just outside the Oceanographic Museum to parade one after the other eastwards towards Larvotto Beach.
