The Show, which will close on September 21st, this year proposes the proven multi-specialist format of the last edition and represents one of the most awaited appointments of the nautical sector.
The event covers an area of over 200,000 square meters, with 85% of the areas completely outdoors, exhibiting over 1,000 boats. Nearly 1,000 brands are also present.
Among the confirmed exhibitors, the main Italian and foreign shipyards that participated in last year’s edition, with many welcome returns. They will be welcomed in a layout profoundly transformed by the works for the construction of the new waterfront of Levante, which started in October 2020, will be completed in 2023 and will ensure 200 more berths and a completely renovated Palasport.
Sea trials, one of the peculiarities of Genoa Boat Show, will be even more accessible thanks to the new layout and will be possible to take place during the whole exhibition day, by appointment.
On Thursday, the opening day of the Show, RoundItaly, the longest non-stop offshore regatta in the Mediterranean, will start, ideally joining Genoa and Trieste. The regatta is organised by Yacht Club Italiano, Società Velica di Barcola e Grignano, Barcolana, in partnership with Confindustria Nautica, the Boat Show and the Italian Sailing Federation.
